Can you still handle your drink?

That's not a lot and at the time it's worth it
About half a year ago I had a 100cl of Sambuca. Did 15 shots in a row for £20 and can't remember from there on, this was at 9pm. I woke up at 11am being told I had finished the entire bottle and took a slash in the guys fire place. I had to stay off college for 2 weeks and couldn't eat properly for 6. This saturday night I had one shot of Sambuca, it started to go down my throat and my body rejected it pretty much instantaneously and I spewed my meat feast pizza allover the garden
Haha similar to me but i just collapsed out cold and was sick in the morning but then fine. I can still drink it now though, but tequila, now that makes me spew instantly.

We've all done something similar, I bet. My worst was drinking a half pint of light soy sauce for a bet, immediately throwing up and feeling like my insides were on fire
That is pure crazyness, surely you had, had a few bevs beforehand
There are pictures of me alive and walking around at like 1am still fine but I blacked out pretty much instantly at 9am, can't remember a thing. Apparantly when people were drinking cups of tea at about 4/5am I was lining 10+ shots of Sambuca up and doing them. Quite scary how my body was still able to do such things without my actual consent.
Yeah, back when I was a stupid teenager. Felt sorry for my friend though, he won the bet but suffered as he kept it down. I can no longer tolerate the slightest smell of soy sauce
makes me queasy.

I still have almost perfect function of both my hands, i can handle my drink (and other things) almost all night.
I've kept the bottles from Freshers week, and it's scary. On my shelf i have about 8 litres of Vodka, and about 30 bottles of beer. Not all to myself though mind, me and two other mates. Budget doesnt allow me to go out until Christmas now though.

Was the worst time of my life, seriously, and i've had meningitus and fractured my spine - both were more enjoyable.

I can always handle my drink as I have always stopped before I make myself ill, however how drunk I get usually depends on my mood.

I thought Absynthe was a shot?
:/ maybe i had it mixed then because it wasnt in a shot glass . .

Yeh varying from 60-90%
Surely a "shot" is just the way you drink something? I was told the proper way to drink Absynthe is in a glass, with water and sugar.
Think they nerfed it to 50% in the uk, anywhere else is 80% , used to get friends to grab me bottle of it on the way back from spain.
I kinda struggle with drinking now, if i drink anything other than vodka i fall asleep quite quickly if not entertained.
But with vodka find drinking to much, half a bottle and then fairly drunk and three quarters completely plastered and the night can go two ways.
