I've had a few falling asleep moments at various places. If I have a large lunch at work I often end up with that horrible feeling of knowing you're about to fall asleep but knowing that you mustn't
Some of my best moments:
I fell asleep in an English lesson once at GCSE, we were reading Great Expectations. I drifted off, the teacher noticed, woke me up and asked me questions about the story, all set to give me a telling off. Fortunately I had read ahead and knew where we were in the book and answered his questions correctly much to his annoyance!!!
Another time during an A Level Biology lesson, I fell asleep sitting right at the front of the class. My teacher (who fortunately liked me, I was good at the subject and hard working) noticed and apparently just said to the kid sitting next to me, "he must be tired" and left me to sleep. I ended up being asleep for about 15 mins. When I woke up, I just apologised to the teacher and he was fine with it.
