sorry if posted before but Hull have signed Manucho on loan from Utd for the rest of the season (just waiting for work permit so he can possibly play tomorrow vs Arsenal)
According to Independant anyway

You're a small fish in a big pond. If the big boys want your players then they're going to get them.

I think Rednapp is missing the point here.. Are players really going to join a club that is on the brink of relegation?

lmao, compared to Spurs, not exactly that big, how can you expect to be successful if you let go of talent at the sniff of a few £ signs.
Back to the Kaka deal, does anyone else think that he's not worth the money? I know the answer is yes obviously. But what I mean is, he's not even one of the best players in the world. I'd class him about the same standard as Gerrard. With Messi, Torres, Ronaldo, Xavi all on a different level. I've never saw what's so good about him and yet Man City are going to double the transfer fee record for someone who isn't even the world's best player, madness!
Leeds chairman Ken Bates has rejected two bids from Barclays Premier League clubs for teenage sensation Fabian Delph.
The 19-year-old England Under 21 midfielder has been tipped for a move to the big time after breaking into the the Elland Road first team but Bates dismissed the bids and insisted Delph would remain at the club.
The former Chelsea chairman told Yorkshire Radio: 'We explained to both clubs that we don't deal in petty cash - they were Premier League clubs as well. We don't want to sell Fabian.
'He's happy, we're happy for him to stay and unless something unexpected out of the blue happens which we can't forecast we want him to take us back into the Premier League.'
ffs, Whelan is a ****, whats the point in selling our best players, we have become a selling club

I think they'll insert a relagation release clause on him.
