I Run 3Dmark06 got

E8500 @4ghz, stock GTX280

16288 -total
7449-SM2
7835-HDR/SM3
3549-SPU

but it's on 19" monitor!
 
Got the BFG OC bundle today, funny thing was that by the time I got downstairs (a space of 15-30 sec after bell rang) DHL guy was already almost back at his truck ready to leave... great service :(
 
Tested my card in 3D Mark to find where the artifacts are coming from, would appear its the DDR3 ram on the card!

GTA for example as that is working the card a lot and the artifacts come up! Definate problems so looks like an RMA for me :(

Just got off the phone to dhl, apparently there going to try and deliver today and if the driver's too lazy then tomorrow. I offered to collect but I can't until thursday. What a bunch of monkeys.

Once it goes above a few Mhz it starts to artifact like crazy! I dont need to do this in GTA for example as that is working the card a lot and the artifacts come up! Definate problems so looks like an RMA for me :(

Might be worth using a simple utility such as EVGA-Precision to underclock the core/RAM or up the fan speed to determine for certain where the problem is.

[edit] I see Sean_UK already gave you that advice.

Just had DHL deliver mine,strange delivery service though,no DHL van or uniform,just a bloke at the door handing me a box and not even asking for a signature!:confused:

Great result though! BFG OC version with FC2,Vantage and a Torch!:D

When I got mine delivered a couple of weeks ago it was a young couple in a car who looked like they had just picked up the kids from school on the way!
 
So I underclocked the Ram on the card and the artifacting problems in GTA IV have disappeared and there were slight artifacting in Crysis however not so much, they have now disappeared too!

So the OC version of the card runs the it at default Ram speeds so I am now under the default, time to start a thread in support with OcUK to see what they think!
 
DHL are very good round here.

I much prefere them compared to City link.

Also the DHL office is just down the road from me so even if I miss the delievery its a 5min drive. Where as the City link office is about a 30min drive :p

Still loving my new card. The BFG torch is damm bright :eek: didnt expect it to be that bright nearly blinded myself with it :D

True, O/C Editions do not like to Overclock- also had same issue with couple of cards, including HD4870, once set on default, no artifacts at all!

Ah but I'm not technically overclocking the card at all :(

Plus the ram seems to be artifacting at what is the equivalent of the stock Ram speed :eek: as it doesnt come with OC'd ram!
