Ooh at that new intro.

Haven't had time to play yet just logged on drooled at the intro and changed a skill.


How good is it that you hover over you character sheet and it tells you what skill your changing.

As you can queue skills now can we train up 4 months of skills and cancel the sub I wonder like the old feature I mean bug allowed.

Downloaded the patch... now i get the dreaded error

" Your graphics card is crap - go buy another "...

Shame, was a spare laptop at work i was using, o well... cant play in work anymore :(
 
You don't have direct joystick type control of your ship, if that's what you mean. It's more like issuing commands as a captain.

But the combat system is the deepest, most complex and tactical one you will ever see in a space game, ever.

As a blaster pilot, I'd like to deny this :p

Approach, mwd, web, scram, F1. Await death of opposing player :p
 
As a missile boat pilot i'd have you both targetted in around 45 seconds, then i'd press f1 to f8 and go and make a sandwich. Upon my return i'd warp my pod back to a station and buy a new ship.
 
What would actually happen is I'd panic and try to warp out without even targeting anyone, and then warp my pod back to a station and buy a new ship :)
 
Just realised I left both my Chars in space last night when I logged out. :o

< logs in whilst gritting teeth and looking at the monitor from the corner of my eye>
