Quite pleased with the result, unfortunately for us though, too little too late, title will still go to OT
as a united fan, well played liverpool, any team to put 4 past us, at home, need a standing ovation, wether we played awefull or not, upon that i think the subs we made didnt do us any favor, we were ontop of the game, coming back, why he made all 3 subs i dont know, park was a dog in midfield......but he subbed him, we had so many chances, and our defence.....wow.....havnt seen it that shabby for years on end, im lost for words.
Tbh, it does firm up the opinion that Rafa is a cup manager, this essentially was a cup tie, we had to win, to have any chance whatsoever, the rest of the games have to be played in the same way.We just need to pray, that united lose 3 more games.....ooooh look is that a flying pig

shame liverpool cant do that more often,instead of doing it on the big games and then bottling the rest
Yeah I thought Park and Tevez were utd's best players today. Anderson started well but really started to play some bad balls in the 2nd half.
Aye this is exactly it. All we need to do is put in a good performance against Fulham and we'll be 7 points clear. Awful game today for us though and Liverpool punished us every opportunity they got.
Well, that was shocking.
I think all the major decisions were correct as well - Park's penalty, Gerrard's penalty and the sending off, although I think a straight red was harsh but it was at least a yellow so the outcome would have been no different.
Rooney was the only player to give a good account of himself, the rest were dire. Vidic had a howler, Ferdinand as well. Anderson and Carrick were non-existent. Ronaldo ineffective.
The only positive to take away is that hopefully that'll teach us that gifting chances to the teams in the lower half can be gotten away with, but not any of the "big four".
I also would like to add that Torres still needs to cut diving out of his game.
Oh, and it makes no difference to where the title is heading either.

Personally I thought Rooney was excellent for us today. One of the few Utd players who could be praised imo.
