Dremel or a holesaw. Depends if you want to go to all the effort though. I'd also worry about possibly compromising the structural integrity of the case.

So you think it be wast of time doing it ? or just add the fans with out the holes ? i need to make my mind up. just want them 2 card to be cool

What about add 1 x 120mm fan at the bottom ? as i don't really want to cut any holes out.. thought it would be ok instead of having this http://www.vantecusa.com/front/product/view_detail/101 which won't fit. ?

Why not just try it without doing all this extra effort and see if you really need it... run it and keep watching the temps, if they stay stable and everything works then hunky-dory but if it gets hot then do all this..

I don't see any big problems with it tbh.
As a lot of people have said, as long as it doesn't block any vents it's fine.

Yeah, but was just wondering if adding few more fans would just help keep the temps down anyway,

It does look close to the GPU but its not blocking the intake fan so should not be a problem as long as you got good airflow in your case.

If you decide to put the two 120mm's at the bottom, it would help immensely to raise these up off the bottom of the case, even if only by 2-3mm if this is possible.

Something like some rubber washers or rings for the fans to sit on to absorb vibration..

Why are you worrying?

It'll be fine, no vents are being covered, there will be no overheating compared to normal at all.

if you did run the GFX and sound card right next to each other how would you know the temp of your sound card?

they run at 1000RPM so I cant image that they would be particularly loud.

I've got one fitted to my PC-P80B,i opened mine up & turned the fans the other way so they are blowing into the case.

And yes the fans are very quiet.

Do you have yours blowing onto the card ?
And how far away ? got any pics

It's comes with the fans exhausting hot air out of the case but it seems to work better with the fans sucking air in to the case(it's only a 5 minute job to swap them the other around).I got the silver version as it's matches the cases internals.

I'll get some pictures posted up later this morning.
