Anything the other person considers cheating is cheating I reckon. Thats the only person that matters. Your views are not going to influence whether they get hurt.

Nothing wrong with flirting - I don't personally tend to flirt with people if I'm in a relationship but I'm not bothered if she decides to. I'd class as cheating anything which you'd normally do together to signify love or whatever - ie a passionate kiss, touching of particular areas, and so on and so forth.
If she wants to give a male friend a hug you'd have to be incredibly insecure to even think worrying things about that, let alone class it as cheating.
Well I see it like this,
If it is an Accidental ride, Like when a woman falls on your member then it's Not cheating where as If you put it in deliberately then it Is cheating.
I remember once when I was still trying to be a Christian, being at a talk where a guy was trying to advise us on how to not get too tempted to lose our virginity before marriage.
One suggestion was to never kiss lying down, another not to kiss for more than 5 seconds.
Wow there's a lot of interesting people in here apparently .
I used to be the worst for getting jealous over flirting; although even I never considered this to be cheating :/.
As far as I'm concerned; harmless flirting is just that; harmless. Unless she's got her hand on his crotch or anything suggestive (and meaning it); then it's not cheating. Kissing etc is cheating; I can't see how it couldn't be (I mean passionate kissing not a peck on the cheek).
