What is defined as cheating?

If you know the girl then that's way beyond acceptable behaviour. However if you don't know her then it's just live porn.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking.;)

I supose that would be just like talking to somone face to face aslong as she dont get um out, lol

Soy yeah, if you talk and they get them out then it's cheating, if you just watch and they get them out then not.:p

Snogging is cheating. And flirting to me is a total waste of time, why flirt if your taken and happy? flirt with your partner to keep the spark alive... if your not happy you shouldn't be with them...

So as far am im concerd if your flirting you just made yourself single in doing so, and if your not willing to tell your partner exactly what you said/the girl you was flirting with said... then you know its wrong anyway

I agree with this, if you feel the need to flirt with other people then why are you even with a partner??

To me a kiss is cheating, obviously all sexual things that isn't with a partner would be too.

Anything you wouldn't do infront of your partner = cheating.

Anything your partner does that you would class as cheating = cheating.

The rules are set by the individuals/couples and cannot be set as a standards for everyone else to meet and abide by. What's fine for one couple may be completely off limits for another.

That is a very good way of putting it...

I know some couples who DON'T count kissing as cheating, yet I do. Cheating is down to the individual or couples...

If you can't tell your partner what you did with no recriminations, it is cheating.

I think that's a good way of putting it. The whole "morals" thing doesn't cover your partners feelings on the matter but it's not black and white enough to have a set of rules.

Its only cheating if your caught, doesnt hurt anyone otherwise and, if the quantum world has taught us anything, the unobserved act exists in all possible states, this means any time you are alone you are also shagging jessica simpson, in a vat of custard.

That's brill! Schrödinger eat your heart out!

I think it is only cheating if you take part in an activity involving emotional content with someone not your partner.

By my definition a one off quicky with a prostitute would not be cheating while an intimate drink with someone you really like would be.

Not everybody may agree ....

You'd be VERY hard pressed to find someone who thought that shagging a prozzie didn't equate to cheating :p

Innocent flirting is fine. I do it all the time, it's a fun nice thing to do. It's quite clear that it's not going to go anywhere, especially if it gets you a free cookie at the coffee shop! ;) Exs of mine used to flirt and have silly convos with friends and others, it didn't bug me at all, because ultimately I was the one taking her home. I'm protective when I need to be, but would rather the person have some trust and independence to make her own decisions.

As far as I see it, if I or her are in control of the conversation and it's just a silly bit of banter/flirting why would it bother me? I'd be flattered that other men would want to chat up the person I was seeing!

Kissing (unless again it's a bunch of friends and it's just a laugh) is not acceptable, full on passionate-leading-to-more kissing is definitely unnacceptable. Any form of groping or sexual activity is also verboten.

Fantasising is always going to happen, finding other people attractive will happen to a certain extent - the ability not to follow the fantasies depend on the connection, depth and meaning of your relationship.
