Just had a nice trash game with people from here.
Got onto 3rd map, one of our guys had to leave and Knub dced so we were 2, bots being bots started the map off anyway and even though we asked to wait half the infected decided to attack anyway. We got another one in to replace the lost team member so we now have 3 players, next thing you know bots have triggered tank off and we had to start, got pummeled as you can expect.
So the enemy team starts their turn and just starts the map without even giving us a chance to get a 4th team mate in, instead of wasting my team with a bunch of people who have no idea how to play fairly I left them to it.
lol mate thats the first ive ever seen you ragequit, just for for the sake of it ill offer the defence for my team.
In a game were gettin spanked all is goin well until, nm4 as hippo (eulogy) said through various reasons two of their players left.
They asked our team to wait for new peeps which was fine until bots bein bots ran out of the safe room, probably instinctively two of our guys attacked the first two our of the safe room which were teh bots, they fended off that attack then the bots went off far enough to trigger the tank, this wiped them out just after CP a 3rd player arrived.
Next round starts its 3infected vs 4 humans and we play on, find t2 weaps and then hippo ragequits, followed closely after by another player on tehir team leavin CP on his own, so we call a vote for back to lobby.
All a bit meh to be honest, its the first time ive seen a player i didnt expect to ragequit do it, were we unsportsmanlike to play on? possibly, was it unsportsmanlike to ragequit? definately lol
Just one of those games that left a sour taste in the mouth, anyway fortunately those games are rare in the ocuk servers and no hard feelings eulogy in your shoes i may well have done the same for the first time![]()

Sorry guys, my CTD coincided with an argument with someone in the house...
Source games generally share resources. Makes downloading games faster if you already have a source game installed.
it just means the first source game you install is the biggest, so say you install HL2 first.
If you then go to install Episode 1, 2, L4D etc they will share common resources as they all use the same engine only with little tweaks.
If you were to install L4d from scratch it would also need to install these full shared files so would take a little longer.
When i installed Hl2 i think L4d said it was about 1.5gb as a full install of it is about 2 or 3 gig
i do like tanks on levels but it would seem a bit wrong really to have one on every level. it might then cause the mentality of lets wait for the tank then kill them. rather than the possibility of not getting a tank.
I tend to agree.
