I wouldn't say it's easy, but as I understand it's possible to do if you have patience and time even if you don't have much talent. It's basically tracing.

Yer I've done the tracing thing with photoshop, but either you can't do it or I can't see the option, you can't bend lines, I think illustrator would be ideal for this.

I get bored easily so didn't finish it :rolleyes:

Just so you're aware I didn't make that png. I put in a request for a high res version on 4chan using a screencap from the most recent episode of Family Guy as a guide and someone actually made it for me by tracing over the image in Adobe Flash :o

linky - took me an age to find again, 36 pages of google images lol, I horizontally flipped mine so it didn't get in the way of the sidebar. that's the biggest res I could find (it's fine for me, I've only got a 17" 4:3 :D)
