Nope Half moon was rare back then as they literally got the first slayer on the server and there were a large number of warriors at or over half moon level still without the book

Cross half moon wasnt even in the game when I quit, highest level spell was Flame Sword afaik

Halfmoon was rare when the first J maces were around and became common way before slayers were about.
 
Lol i rember the whole toobad fiasco with him getting hold of a GM account. I also remember Trooperr using his teleport ring to teleport onto a J Mace dropped by a Lord and having to defend himself until he could pick it up.

The best thing about that game was the fact that it was world pvp and all boss spawns were on set timers so everyone knew when and where they would be. The Que systems were set up so that everyone coudl book a spot. Sometimes spent 12+ hous waiting for a chance at Evil Cent boss ^^

You could almost always guarantee that Revival would get bored at some point, murder everyone in the Que and then an all out war would start between guilds and the boss would get forgotten!

I played in DeathRow and Apex as SolidB a 46 Taoist when i quit ^^

Wow, I used to Play LoM2 under the name of neosephiroth (original eh, I was 14 at the time :P) in the darkangels? guild. Might give this a shot at the weekend

I really wish I enjoyed Mir2 as much as Mir3 but the huge interface really annoys me.

I don't think I've given it enough time though, plus it's hard when you don't have a clue what to do.
 
Tried to play it this morning....took me 30minutes to get to level 2 (well...1 minute of actual killing 29 minutes running around like an idiot looking for mobs)


respawn rate of mobs is truely the worst thing ive ever endured.
 
I've been playing since it opened, I'm level 13 now.

There's 10x more players than I though there would be. I've been to Bichon, Prajna and Phantom Forest (All renamed now) and each town has had atleast 100 people running around.
 
Not enjoying it so far :(

So much lag, they've set a ridiculous respawn rate considering the amount of new players they are expecting, and the translation is really bad in places :(
 
Was on there for launch this morning, was great logging into bw with about 100 level 1 warriors running about lol. Lag was expected, but wasn't expecting that many players at that time of day!

Managed to get to lvl12 before i had to head off for work, rest of my m8's will all be 20+ by time im home lol. Oh well, leeching exp it is :)
 
It's wierd having quests in Mir

When I played Mir2 there was not a single quest, except for the Meat quest, and even that was bugged and didn't work :D
 
hiyas, started of in mir2 on pheonix was napalm

g/f was on dragon so moved to there cant remember the names lol didnt get to high lvl ..and it wasnt warrior85 lol
g/f was mulay silverblue we were in MoD

mir3 was napalm g/f was mulay

the good old days of the 2 step dc and body drops if wow players got this they would freak lol
