I don't agree with him. Take this, for example:
If I was an Englishman living in Hong Kong, I would not be Chinese because I'd have been born in England, and almost certainly raised there too.
If I was black and had been born in Britain and lived he my entire life I'd consider myself 100% British.
That seems to be his justification for redefining black citizens as foreign residents. That then facilitates his argument that foreign residents should be repatriated.
Go to any country and and if your children are born there see if the locals call them locals or english. what abotu white brits born in india, but were seen as british not native.
