Man Utd got outclassed, outplayed by THE BEST PLAYER IN THE WORLD: MESSI as well as Xavi/Iniesta with a telling contribution from Eto'o. World class team, world class talent with the worlds best player (Messi)
THEY ARE THE CHAMPIONS:d:d I LOVE EM
are you 12?
lol, Fergie got attacked by some sort of massive insect and then gave shreeves a right dirty look when he touched him up!!
Tevez was utterly hopeless when he came on, and to call Berbatov useless when he did more than anyone else when he came on with 10 mins to go in a completely dead game with no one even trying.
At one point Silvinho was 5 yards deeper than the rest of the back four, Berbatov went in behind, onside, desparate for the pass, tevez completely ignored a simple pass through and gave the ball away, as Tevez did all night, waste of space.
SUre Berbatov missed one headed chance he should have done better with, that doesn't mean he was poor, he put some nice throughballs in, one for Evra, his control was nice, he rarely gave it away, but he got very very little service.
Even when he finally bought Berbatov on, he then went Rooney on the right and Ronaldo on the left, what was he thinking.
are you 12?
too bad barcelona didnt deserve to be in the final at all
Fergie simply got the entire team wrong, 3/4 players who shouldn't have started, and 3/4 players playing the wrong position, you'll never play well like that, ever.
why would u say that? angry utd fan? or because i said I LOVE EM in CAPS LOCK! or THE BEST PLAYER IN THE WORLD:MESSI
Problem? deal with it? suck a...........actually u decide.
Utd looked so lazy tonight and made Barca look very good which they aren't that great when you watch them every week.
That's the thing, they're so close. It varies from game to game. If Ronaldo had the quality behind him that Messi had tonight we could all be saying he is the best player. I don't think it's clear cut either direction.
he's never scored against english competition, says a lot about the english league and how dominant it is above Spanish...
Full marks also to Pepe Guardiola, great achievement to win the CL in your first ever year as a manager. (though I guess its partly tempered by the team he had..nevertheless though a wonderful achievement)
