Put Fabregas back in for 3 months and Arsenal might have won some of the draws, it's all relative. You can't say Arsenal haven't had bad luck too this campaign, at times the injuries really did take the ****

Also, Villa were tremendously lucky with injuries almost all of the campaign, as well as winning a lot of games that they really didn't deserve to win. Arsenal drew/lost a lot of games which they shouldn't have.
 
Yep, Villa rarely had to change their team apart from the back line. Maybe if they'd bought better than Heskey in the transfer window and bought a defender they might of got 4th. I think this season was their best shot though, I just can't see them getting better with their current squad.
 
Drogba better extend his conract. £15m for him is wayy too low if you look at other signings made at that price range.

Lampard, Carvalho, Terry, Drogba, Essien are all absolutley essential to us.

Aye he's worth more than that to you, I just meant that £15m is probably accurate because of his age, he must only have 2 good seasons left.

I hope Wigan don't poach Roberto Martinez from Swansea now :(

We need to keep Martinez for another year or two, he's been a great player and a great manager for us. I'd like to see him stay and get Swansea a firm foothold in the Championship first.

lol that was a purely sympathy vote for giggs getting that award, didn't do near enough to warrant that, vidic was better for united, and Gerrard and Lampard had far better seasons. giggs hasn't been good at all against decent opposition.
 
This is crazy from Chelsea. Nearly topping £74mill for Kaka and £150,000 net p/w. What happened with Chelsea saying they could now only sign players from selling current players and that Chelsea was trying to build itself financially, comical.
