If it helps, on
XP the program is installed here...
"x:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\TransferMgr.exe"
Where x is the letter for your boot drive. I don't use Vista myself but you might try looking for the same folder in Vista's "Windows" folder and deleting the appropriate .exe in that folder instead. Hopefully that will force Internet Explorer to redownload it. If it does, next time your start it up, click on the options button and then on the first tab at the bottom it will have the option to "Place app shortcut on desktop". When you've done that it will be easier to load it and checking the properties of that shortcut will tell you where it's installed
