is that what happens when you can't argue back? ie start posting lock etc...
think who ever posts lock should be banned.
Even less nurses, just what the nhs needs, idiots.Hypocritical too, banning bnp party members like the police do is fascist and discriminatory in itself.
If you werent, then dont post crap simple. if you have a reason why you posted a lock you should say why, not just lock and run.I was arguing?

yes, correct, however they use the term positive discrimination and linking the word up with good aspects, but at the end of the day its still racist.

They work in a job where they have to deal regularly with ethnic minorities, and explicitly supporting a party who is against the presence of ethnic minorities in Britain compromises their ability to do that in a neutral and effective way. At the very, very least it opens them up to accusations of bias that would make their jobs inefficient to the point of untenability; in worse cases, they might very well act in a genuinely biased way.
It's a very simple thing and has nothing to do with fascism or discrimination.
Doesnt really matter who you support, as long as the work is done, using your view the same can be said for many labour mps and their private jobs.
"You do not wipe away the scars of centuries by saying: 'now, you are free to go where you want, do as you desire, and choose the leaders you please.' You do not take a man who for years has been hobbled by chains, liberate him, bring him to the starting line of a race, saying, "you are free to compete with all the others," and still justly believe you have been completely fair... This is the next and more profound stage of the battle for civil rights. We seek not just freedom but opportunity—not just legal equity but human ability—not just equality as a right and a theory, but equality as a fact and as a result." -- Lyndon Johnson, 1965.
Such a shame it still hasn't sunk in after 54 years.
Edit: to take parliament as an example, there are 15 non-white MPs of a total of 646 MPs; if ethnic minorities were fairly represented, there would be 60. There are 100 female MPs; if they were fairly represented, there would be around 320. Do you really think there is equality of opportunity for women and ethnic minorities, or are you just another whinging white man who can't see how privileged he is?
Did you even read my post? "As long as the work is done"--being a member of the BNP severely compromises your ability to get your work done in a neutral and effective manner when you are a doctor, a nurse, or in various other public roles.

why does it?
You can apply that too the amount of male nurses v female nurses. What you fail to understand inorder to have an equal society you need to eliminate discrimination.

You don't have to justify your political views to people who disagree with you; least of all on the internet.
Do you have any proof of this or are you just basing your decision on the fact that it is a vague possibility?
Any nurse can fail in their duty of care for their patients. I very much doubt their political party has any sway and nor do I believe that anyone's political views should be used against them in such a manner. Should we also ban Christian/Muslim nurses because differences in their religious views and those of their patients could cause a drop in the level of care they provide?
No we should not because it is, quite frankly, a ridiculous assumption to hold.
