I would struggle with this form to be honest. I was born and raised in England and consider myself to be English (rather than British) however I am clearly descended from Irish stock. All my grandparents were born and raised in Ireland as was my biological father. My mum was born and raised in England as was my stepdad.

In my mind I am English although funnily enough all my Irish relatives still consider me Irish. Go figure.

Why specifically pick on immigrants? Why not anyone who is taking out of the system without any obvious intention to put back into it at any time?

Start with immigration first and that will save millions very easily
with that saving it can go towards training people up for jobs that we will need now
and in the future(called planning ahead) also help the UNI people more that want to learn.

I would love to see how much the tax payers pay for NHS/Doctures/Dentist/Housing/water rates/Council tax and so on for immigrants.

I don't see the irony. There is a long history of hatred between Sikh's and Muslims in India, take the disputed Kashmir region for starters.

The irony is that they would be willing to vote in a party who would just as likely re-patriate them as the Muslims.

Not that hard to see is it?

:p

I don't believe your initial posting was about party membership though was it? I think it is a mistake by the BNP to have that bar on membership as I bet the majority of asians in this country consider themselves to be British.

It may not have been but the issue is so closely linked in terms of the BNP's definition of Britishness and how I view them as to be largely inseparable.

I'd agree that it is wrong but calling it a mistake somehow trivialises it, as though it were a slip or an omission when it's a very specific exclusion. It's also something that a number of BNP supporters either seem unaware of or gloss over when it's core to the BNP, it sits within their constitution.

You've added in a word there "indigenous", that wasn't part of the question that was posed, nor one that deuse answered.

If you want to add it in then you've fundamentally changed the question, that's up to you but it's got very little to do with my views on Britishness.

Ah yes I forgot you can't answer questions without trying to wiggle out them by focusing on one part.
This thread is about the BNP right?
BNP are for INDIGENOUS British people first in Britain (ZOmG  Fascist scumz!!!!!11eleven11) Right?
You asked what are British people Right?
I told you the levels of Britishness by the lefts own forms Right?
I answered you Right?
British people are first and foremost INDIGENOUS
S
o tell me what is this great fundamental difference I answered to your question? Or do you simply not have an answer and try to derail the question by nitpicking?

Wouldn't this make you Irish ethnicity but British nationality? If you were born in the ROI and moved to England at a later date, once you qualify for citizenship, wouldn't this make you dual nationality? I think people are gettting confused between ethnicity and nationality here.

So what is an indigenous Briton? Well, the Equality and Diversity mob can help out here. Beneath is a section from a typical Equality and Diversity monitoring form. These are the "degrees of Britishness" which have already been created.

Perfect example. My old schoolfriend was born in England to Indian parents applying at the time for full citizenship, which they got. He's of Indian ethnicity, but British nationality. This is an extremely poorly-worded survey, because by all rights he's both as British as I am and as Indian as his parents.

Money is not the root of all evil. Stupidity is the root of all evil. Money is the currency of stupidity.

EDIT: Just to clarify, my objection comes from his being forced to claim himself 'Asian British'. He's never lived in Asia, nor gained citizenship there. He went there once, on holiday, for a week, and labelling him 'Asian British' seems somehow discriminatory. I hate myself for saying that - I'm about as unPC as you can get.

So the problem is that they're immigrants, isn't it?

So long as you were born and raised here, it's okay for you to scrounge off the taxpayer.

GREAT JOB.

I am actually very against the current benefit system full stop. For me it does not matter who is claiming they should only be doing so if they have a disability or cannot earn enough money to be outside of relative poverty. I was just saying that the money spent on immigrants and British people is proportional to the total population. If Britain did not have such a lucrative benefit system would there be as many immigrants in the UK as there is?

EDIT: In order to reduce scroungers you have to start somewhere and whilst it is deemed discriminatory to start with ethnic minorities, it is just that, they are minorities so have less power and easier to deal with. By no means stop with immigrants, continue on and sort out the British as well.

so just because there are British born scroungers we can't feel annoyed that a lot of immigrants come here and scrounge?

Let's see.. about zero pence?

Immigrants pay tax too

Of course there'll be a few tax dodgers, but the same goes for the indigenous populus too.
