The all encompassing BNP thread - keep all crap in here.

No one will take your "argument" seriously if you dont answer questions directed at you. No need to have a tantrum.

I don't have an argument though :) That is the whole point. Or did it go "whooooooosh" over your head? I see no tantrum either, I'm not making demands of people, merely asking questions that they can choose to answer or ignore........

I get to interact with foreign staff and customers on a regular basis down here in 'sheltered' Devon, perhaps the real problem is that multiculturalism down here is working fine, we all share our experiences and expand our horizons without making unnecessary demands on people. Sorry if that disappoints.

Do you think that "multiculturalism" works better when the immigrant population is between certain levels? Is it possible that when immigration to an area approaches 25% (or pick any figure you want) the need to integrate starts to disappear and less and less mixing takes place? Is it possible that multiculturalism works in Devon because it has low immigration compared to perhaps Bradford?

It could be, or it could be the speed in which the levels are reached, or the type of people that tend to come to the places (eg educational levels or similar, as I know a lot of the minorities in Plymouth have degree level or similar education) which may be very different from places like Bradford or Luton with larger ethnic populations.

The point is, places like Bradford have always had integration problems of one form or another, most of the industrial heartland did, and that was with a vast majority white population. I'm not convinced that the root cause of the divisions is just immigration, the decline in industry and increases in unemployment and so on have also played a signficant part.

Well actually Dolph is excellent at debating and discussing things...he seems to put things across very well...i like his style although a few things i dont see eye to eye on him but you cant fault him for the way he puts things across in a respectful and thought out way.

i cant believe this is still going on. For those that say kick all immigrants out i feel that is going to far as it is to late and a lot of business's depend on foreigners, also i dont really want to be kicked out:D And for those that say mass imigration is a good thing well all i can say is you must live a very sheltered life and not recently tried to get a low skilled job.All jobs i have had have been low payed, hard work, long hours, because this is what is expected of foreign people in this country, so mass immigration does not effect the well off highly skilled workers it effects the low payed low skilled workers. And judging by what i have seen of the people in this forum that are pro immigration, you belong to the highly skilled well to do section.

With respect, how much experience do you have of our towns and cities outside Devon, which as far as I know isn't exactly a hotbed of immigration.
Haha, I wondered when the 'life experience' card would get played.

Go on DD, tell me I haven't experienced immigration properly to have a real opinion.

*edit*

Twice in two posts :p You Couldn't Make It Up :p

Even if he talks nonsense most of the time, based on a fantasy view of the world due to inexperience of real life.

Why we should all join the BNP?

Nick Griffin, the Cambridge-educated eader of the British National Party who has won a seat to the European Parliament along with his colleague Andrew Brons, said after his victory: “We are not a racist party.”

This is reassuring, for it opens the way for thousands, possibly hundreds of thousands of people – white, brown, black and all shades in between – to apply for membership of the British National Party (BNP) :D

You evidently haven't. A City lawyer in London has no concept of how immigration affects people at the lower end of the spectrum.

Awww poor DD...*pats DD on the head..there there now*...no need to get all uppity because the forum members here have a lot of respect for him:).

Sounds like a non-sequitur. Just because you aren't racist doesn't mean your party is for everyone. The BNP is for native Britons and represents their interests :)

I bet the area I live is far, far more culturally and ethnically diverse than you. Perhaps if you lived in a real diverse area, you might have a real opinion yourself.

My views? What are my views? I have yet to express any.
Oh you're good! That is very clever what you have just done.

You join this forum and spend two whole days leading conversation against immigration and multiculturalism, yet you claim you have no opinion and you're only slightly centre right because everything you have said has been in the form of a question.

I don't know who you are but you're far too good at this and I strongly suspect you are from the BNP. If I have time this weekend I'll compile your concealed diatribe over the last two days into a form that can be read. Frankly I find the whole thing very sinister.
