BEST HANGOVER CURE?????

Simply dont get wasted and sober up before you go to bed. You wake up feeling so bad because your motablizm slows down to 25% when you sleep. It means you wont clean your system out and wake up real bad. If you go to bed at least close to sober you will feel 100x better i the morning then if you crash out.

Of course happens sometimes on a real good night wid mates. But the guy is claiming every week. I jsut think thats stupid tbh.

If you had to go to bed very drunk the best thing to do is just drink water and eat good sources of carbohydrates.

Won't work.
Hangovers are very simple.

Headache is due to extreme dehydration as you have ****ed it out.
Stomach is due to high levels of acid.
Tiredness is due to low blood sugar levels.

A hang over is withdrawal symptoms from alchole also so the headaches especialy are also chemical imbalances and a craving.

Yeah because it takes ages.

30 seconds before you go out to take a pill and some oil.

about 5-10 minutes when you get in to neck water and a few pills (I can open my throat and pour water down it even after a proper night so no problem)

Then a simple wholesome breakfast the next day, takes 15 minutes to cook and eat, you're gonna eat breakfast anyway. The shower is required after any night out, just turn the head down.

It's not effort. And if i can get out of bed the next day it's no effort at all, i've had hangovers so bad i can't stand up without vomiting and falling back down a few seconds later from dizzeness, worth it, it allows me to drink as much as i want freely.

Also, asprin before bed is only dangerous is you have a weak stomach. Who cares about your liver until you're old if we're honest.
Eggs really help, they contain cysteine which regulates acetaldehyde, the hangover causing thing.
Theres no better way, i have put research and a lot of experience into my method and i guarantee you it works.
 
There are many types of hangover, depending on what you've consumed the night before.

Sometimes water and sleep do not cut it - but they are the best remedy by a long shot.
 
What you need is a hangover cure book that is similar to those old "Fighting Fantasy" books.

p.16. You swallow the paracetomol. You feel a slight numbness. You're not sure if this is working.
  • If you feel lightheaded and needing a lie down, turn to p.16
  • If you feel anxious and unsure if you should reply to your last text message, turn to p.53
 
Avoid drinking alcohol on an empty stomach, the onset will be very quick compared to a full one and you may feel nausea really quickly compared to a full one too.

Avoid alcohol drink mixing. If your drinking vodka, stick to that and maybe some beer but don't start cocktailing wine, cheery, absinthe, beer, whisky and whatever else is in front of you.

Watch your units ... let's say you count up about 30 units in one night and the next day you promise never to drink again, then remember to drink less than that, maybe about 20 or 25. Which to some people is still a lot, 26 units I would say is a 700ml vodka at 37%-40%. A pint would be about 2 units, simple research lads.

Water and non-alcoholic breaks. Just slip a few in during the night, maybe when you go for food, it's not that hard.

When you get home drink about 2 pints of water before bed and another in the morning.

Vitamin pills are good before bed and the day after. I have seen ones that have like 7000% of thr RDA for some, my guess is if you source these they would seriously help you out.

Before even drinking, think about the day after, can you lie in bed all day or will you have work at midday??

Bananas, sports drinks are good for electrolyte source.

Caffeine - might sound bad advice, but when I'm half dead in the morning aload of tea/coffee fixes that.

Exercise - NO, I don't mean anything crazy like hitting the gym and doing Coleman deadlifts, (if you are up to it) I mean go for a little <>2mi brisk walk the shop or somewhere, get things on track.

No more alcohol, I think the hangover is really because your posioned (after all alcohol is toxic in this kind of dose), it's not like cocaine or amphetamines, simply taking more of it wont make you all happy and flying again, you'll probably just hit the toilet and throw up more.

Try and avoid going on like 4 day benders where your sick most of the time, if you do something like this either cut down the amount of days or cut down the drinking.

I've got it down to a science.

Before going out, multivitamin and a spoonful of olive oil, the multivitamin gives you some good stuff in your body which the booze drains, the olive oil lines your stomach (and much better than milk).
Get in, drink as much water as possible, the more the better (i do about 6 pints after a 12 pinter), it won't do you 100% though, take another multivitamin and 2 asprin (this makes the hangover come on faster).
Wake up, have a pint of orange juice (vitamin c, damn good for a hangover), scrambled eggs (they contain a certain chemical which helps filter out the hangover toxins fast) and a banana (your body is dranied of potassium). Cold shower to wake you up, done.
If you need a boost, powerade, it replenishes the electrolites you lose during drinking.

Do not drink coffee, it will temporarily relieve headaches by widening the blood vessels in the brain but it will make matters so much worse afterwards.

I get hammered every week and i feel right as rain the next day with this method.
Or you could just drink a little less.
 
You should do what I do. Drink beer every day for 5 years. You'll build up alcohol tolerance and you'll never get hangovers again. You might have to admit yourself to AA...
 
I find eating something before you go to bed followed by a pint or so of water

The next day is a case of getting the toxins out and nutrients back in as quick as possible without making your self sick

Yeah, be a real tough man, spend all next day in bed with bouts of being sick and not eating anything. Then, when you're a little older, enjoy your beer-belly and oestrogen fuelled man boobs. Even better, do it every Friday and Saturday night.

Why would i want to do that, i love drinking, what else is there to do really.
I mean it's simple and fun.

What can i do, to get out of the house, go get coffee, yeah a few hours chilling not long enough, go to a field, gets boring and weathers not always good, play pool, can't always have a pool table free and that goes hand in hand with the drinking.

I mean seriously, i aint one of those sad people who sits in my house and plays video games, i go out and i socialise, drinking is good for that.

Well i'm 18 dude, i don't really care, my liver aint gonna be ****ed from going out every week and getting battered for a few years, why should i care, it regenerates anyway. Whats so great about being healthy?

I figure if i slow it down, quit smoking, bad food and drugs by about 25 i'll be ok.

Also, don't knock it til you try it, my hangover method is the king, asprin isn't neccassary but it does actually help, without it you'll wanna get more than 6 hours sleep.

best method ive found is to eat something when u get in, like a couple of sandwiches then drink a litre or so of water before u go to sleep then keep drinking water throughout the night. worked for me after being very drunk.
