Utd fans know this is wrong
Could be quite funny the first game he plays at Old Trafford.... then the first at Anfield.
I wonder what kind of a reception he's going to get?
I'll give him a chance. If he can recapture his best form he'll be just what we need.
How many Utd fans are opposed, and how many are willing to give him a chance?
Redcafe has been down all day for me, it would have been nice to gauge the opinion from there.
He'll get a chance from me, and from most I'd expect.
You'll get a few die hard fans that will say he's an ex 'pool player and 'pool fan so won't want him, but if he scores 10-15 goals next year I doubt there'd be many left.
It's a very small risk transfer and could prove to be a very good one.
His best form was based around his pace which he's lost, he'll still score but he'll never be the player he used to be.

Booed every time he touches the ball at Anfield, I expect.
Low risk, not no risk, unless he only gets paid when he scores goals which I somehow doubt
ie. even if he's 'only' on £25k a week, that's still £1.3 million a year he's costing. Not a lot in football terms but not free.
He looks much happier than EVER he did in a 'Pool shirt though tbqfh.
Can't be bothered to start a new thread but here's a trivia question for y'all:
Name the only Hull player to have previously played for Inter Milan.

I can almost hear everyone frantically Googling...
Was it a footballer?
