With the property prices in the North East I'd be shocked if the stadium on itself is worth anything close to £100m. The only use of that stadium/property is to Newcastle United football club which is losing lots of money. £100m is not a steal.

I think at 100 million, it's a great buy.

You'd have to flush out all the dead weight, i,e players and staff, bring in better people. Give them some transfer money, and get a manager and ignore the "best fans in the world"
