Maicon.
Has this not been mentioned already?
Is there any actual evidence we are in the market for a right back?
Paper talk I reckon.
Is there any actual evidence we are in the market for a right back?
Paper talk I reckon.
As much evidence as most other "targets" United have been linked with
Its a position that needs filling anyhow, just the same as we need a decent powerful center mid and someone to play up front with Rooney full time.
You really think I'm going to go through the entire of this thread looking for quotes from DM and jakeke both claiming Fabregas to be the best player in the world in his position? Christ just look through the last couple of pages and you can see jakeke saying Sagna is the best in his position
So they're not false comments at all
edit: Oh and Valdano's said that as it stands, Alonso doesn't fit into Real's budget and that they're miles off our valuation![]()
No, it's not like Real to talk about the private details of negotiations.Valdano added on Cadena Ser said:"Liverpool have taken up a difficult stance over Xabi Alonso. I don't like to talk about the private details of negotiations.
Yeah but some paper talk has more legitimacy than others and i've heard nothing concerning Maicon at all, and I would not really want him at Old Trafford.
Some people who say they are in the "know" actually reckon United will not be buying any high profile players this summer and that most of our transfer activity is done. I hope this is not true, i'd like to see one high profile name just to get excited about.
That's some "boost".Not sure if its been reported....or the accuracy
14.52 Former Valencia president Vicente Soriano has stated that the club are under no pressure to sell their stars after receiving a €500million (£432m) boost
from ssn
You arent going to look because you know there arent any.
You said multiple players. Sagna is one mentioned (Not that I agree with that) who are the others?
Otherwise it is a false comment![]()
Sagna is pretty much the best right back in the world
He's an excellent player and is the best young midfielder in the world without debate. In a few years he'll be the best CM in the world, and worth more than 40m.
Sagna is the best right back in the world
Personally, No I don't think he is.
He's good, and he has age on his side, but at the moment I don't think he's anywhere near Alves, as a right sided full back.
Foster has signed a new deal at Manchester United![]()
[Cas];14436094 said:I don't get this obsession with Alves? Fair enough I haven't seen him that much, but in the 10 or so games I have seen, he has looked distinctly average. (This isn't me trying to say Sagna is the best)
Agree
At Stamford bridge he wasSo many wasted free kicks / poor crosses.
Apologies to DM I cant find anything where he actually goes OTT claiming any Arsenal player was the best in the world
So there you go proof of Arsenal fans claiming some of their players are the best in the world in their position
I cant believe you made me search through to prove that point![]()
Don't judge a player on one performance
His crossing might of been wasted, but he did provide the cross for Barca's goal in that game![]()
I doubt he really cares as long as it's too much for RealLove to find out Rafas valuation of Alonso![]()
allow me to come to your aid there, ask DM who he thinks is better xavi, iniesta or fabregas.
