I don't get much craziness tbh. Only ever had one person wind me up to almost blowing point (which is, surprisingly, exceptionally high when I've got my professional hat on) but I turned it back on him and shut him up straight away.
 
he works for mgt who provide the support/sales calls for freeview tv/sky.

basically if you want to watch some xxx for the night you call them up etc. but it's one business segmented into most of the tv phone stuff you can imagine.

basically cheets was right.
 
I had a woman on the phone once who started telling me all her problems because I had a trusting voice, then asked for my number.

I dont work for any Gay sex lins and ai deffinetly do not work for sky, I do however work in a call centre but no longer on the phones.

My new possition is Knowlege base engineer.
 
What i simply ask is what is the most ridiculous thing someone has said to you.

I have never worked for Gay tv and have no intention of, the company i work for is a billing and customer services company for a number of adult tv channels, we also do things like discovery channel and top up tv, aswell as Digital uk.

We do not offer sex line services.

So does every one want to get back on with topic.

How do you work that one out, Just because i say i work for a call centre doesnt 100% mean i work on the phones.

We have loads of different things going on in here, Sys admin, soft eng, loads of stuff. have a department of over 100 people in IT. so 10% of the company there arent even on the phones. We also do fullfilment services to.
