Years ago when I were a lad...my parents used to take us to stay with an uncle and one of the beds in the spare room had a feather mattress. Used to try and bag that as it used to be so cosy and comfortable sinking into what is essentially a bed sized pillow!

Don't know whether you can even buy feather beds these days.

And my pet hate...foam pillows. Even the non-allergenic ones make me sweat and feel itchy and that's underneath the natural pillow.
