Didn't fancy going out last night, so I went to bed early. Just woke up about 30 minutes ago, so it's safe to say I think I've sorted my sleep out again.
It's a case of not having anything to do until my bleep goes off. And your either completely dead, or overrun with work to do. Just so happens it's been a slow week.
I got woken up at 5:30 from my mate who aquaplaned his car into a curb and rimmed his wheel, had to go and change it as he didnt have the kit to do it, i mght aswel stay up now,lol

I've found that the older I get the more I struggle to pull through like that now. For lack of a better description: I effectively turn into a zombie and don't know what I'm doing of anymore whereas back when I was say 17, it wouldn't phase me. It took me a couple of days of trying to stay awake as long as possible this time.
Well my sleeping pattern is still messed up. I tried to stay up all night and day the first time i posted in this thread and failed. It got to 12pm and i couldn't take it any more and went to bed and then got up at 6pm again. Grrr, I'm screwed tbh .
6pm is not too bad. Avoid caffeine and pop a sleeping pill around 2am; you should be fine. Either that or just go to bed and watch a film, force yourself back to sleep.
I don't have any sleeping pills and i cant force myself to sleep. I just lay there wide awake for hours.
I should just man up and force myself to get up at a more reasonable time but thats easier said than done lol. I actually slept through my alarm yesterday and my alarm is my hifi set to a pretty loud volume that is set to go off for 2 hours.
