It's an individual you have an issue with, and you're naive if you think you won't get people like that working in every retail store
That individual 'is' the company. They are representing the business, and if the business employs someone who's going to BS to you then you take your business elsewhere.
And you don't get people working like that in every store.
Just in case you dont know, but the PS3 'Slim' is only slim in 2 of its 3 dimensions

Dam, I have the credit from my phat on my video store account but they say they aren't getting any in until Friday, I think I'm gonna crack and just buy one outright from another store tbh, two weeks with no Playstation is too much.
