Or maybe that's a part of the illusion. He has played and he has won. But Camelot won't know until Fridays show.

He just talks a lot and watches to see how they react to what he's saying. Then from all the facial movements, changes in posture he can figure out almost anything.

Would be cool if he actually has won and donates the lot to charity.

in the stage show he is blindfolded for part of the trick so unless he can pick up on verbal cues as well![]()
I posted that prediction on the blog posted above, but the moderator hasn't allowed it (so far at least). And all the other suggestions on the blog are rather stupid (time travel, inside man).oh I agree as it would mean that he actually PREDICTED the winning numbers and was allowed to buy a ticket neither of which is likely. Just said it would be a nice touch if he did.
I don't want to believe in the split screen as it seems like too much of a cop out that could be done by pretty much anyone with a bit of tech knowledge as shown by the numerous amateur youtube vids.

The balls contain LCDs.
Camelot know the second the draw is done how many top winners there are.

Was thinking the exact same thing!!
Also, any notice he could hardly remember what numbers came out? Also I'd be a little more excited if I'd actually predicted them correct.

I'm sure what ever it is will be brilliantly simple
+1
Perhaps he did record every combination. Thats why there were no audience, not a proper camera crew and he has spent a year on this trick (or so he says)
Also, everybody at home could "predict" the results by thinking of every possible sequence.

Daniels told the Guardian today: "He could get it exactly right ... [but] it is much better for a mentalist if he gets one wrong. It is more believable."
"I would be very surprised, however, if he gives away a damn good trick but, even if he does, there are another 99 ways to do it."
That would be a lot of combinations, 6 out 6 is like 1 in 13983816 for 49 numbers. 5 minutes per shoot 8 hours a day, 409 years. I don't think so.Perhaps he did record every combination
