This guy managed it pretty easily on his own the very next day. So I'm sure Channel 4 could master it.
Which means ANYONE could do it... So what's so clever about it...
Camera trickery is basically cheating... It would actually dent his image...

Now if only that simply to read the other 400 people who had pointed that out in this thread.![]()
the other thing i find a little odd is that the movement of the main camera goes from being very shakey and dynamic to pretty still with only small, jerky movement (servo driven maybe?)
The second camera, at the back of the studio isn't used at all during the main even so i guess thats going to show us the reveal.
I'm still of the opinion that the balls were tampered with, probably not with CG though...
I'm looking forward to the people who've said 'Camera tricks, blatantly, obviously, SIMPLESSS' (delete as appropriate) being proved wrong tonight. Or having a gigantic egg on my face, whichever it may be.

gonna be a good night
That YT video above; let it load and then scroll through the video; why is there so much movement/shaking in the camera?

and I can't wait to see the people who can't admit the left hand side doesn't freeze.gonna be a good night

OOH. Look as he just finished writing down the numbers; he goes towards the balls, stops, glances up and then carries on.
Look where his eyes go. It's a hesitation.
Yep... Agreed... Maybe... Welldone... So?
Well, something has caught his eye and caused him to stop..perhaps the numbers hadn't quite been finished.
Considering this is all about the numbers on those balls I would suggest this is quite relevant.

He's had all day to line it up while the camera's on a stand. They cut to the rear camera, which could easily be a pre-recorded 2 seconds, and then back to the handheld. Not beyond the realms of possibility that it's a third camera.Secondly, it would take extreme precision to line the cameras up for a split screen trick. Something I'm certain would be near on impossible whist simply holding it as the cameraman was. Even if he put it on a stand, there would firstly be a lot of image shaking as it's set on the stand and it would still require a lot of aligning to get everything lined up.
Yes... But you're just stating the obvious.
Not one person here believes we've witness magic. We all understand some illusion or trickery is involved. We can all see the possible hesitation... And we've all talked it around in circles for two days... Welcome (back) to the beginning of the circle...![]()

Oh. Haven't read the whole thread.![]()
