American Beer

Brewdog do a good British Lager.

I wouldn't have called them a mass producer since I'd only really heard of them in the past couple of years but they've certainly seemed to expand a lot and they do have some nice ales, never tried the lager though.

Budweiser Budvar (more commonly called just Budvar) is the original Czech beer which you've linked to there but additionally there is Budweiser made by Anheuser-Busch which is an American beer and it has nothing in common with the Czech one except the name.

Was at a mini beer festival in South Shields last night and there was a dark beer by Brewdog called Zeitgeist. I don't like stouty coloured beers at all but this one actually had a really nice taste to it.

Anheuser-Busch are distributing Budvar in the US. Am sure the legal battle between the two is just handy marketing.

All of the big name stuff is awful and most Americans know it.

Leaves me wondering why Bud and Coors Light are the two biggest sellers in the US.

Mead is much better, everybody should drink it.

Ye but only if your hard and put black powder in it like a pirate to prove your manliness.

ALso, i HATE the well knowen american beers ie Miller and Bud. Sure theres probably some good ones but in general they seem to have a funny taste that i'm not a fan of.

I personally prefer Budweiser to most beers to be honest.
