Nothing, the oldskool graphics is what makes games like carmageddon. 2d sprites of real people rule!

--but i would remake Blood, exactly the same game but have support for WinXP, Vista and Win 7 with 32 man deathmatch multiplayer mode and a lobby that is the same as mohaa
