W1dget Ive been enjoying this thanks for the sportsmanship, only a tenth between us on each round is super. Maybe this will put us one round each, unless you pull something out of the bag by Fri.

My mate and I were doing some laps, he managed a 01:04:140 which i'll post a screenie of later. Would be nice if it was a B class + for the next car though

I was looking for a Forza 3 TT and this thread came up - I know Mr L from AVF & GTF forums - I`m known as SuperSportBilly there.

I`ll certainly be joining in the next TT round. Just got my Turbo S wheel - time to give it a workout

Nice 3 screen set-up there Mr Latte.

I`ve really been getting into iRacing on the PC but can`t resist a TT !

Oh so close! :eek:

That lap was from following a 1:03.014 ghost and I was a full car length down after reaching the braking point for turn 4 the left hand hairpin but from there I flew and nailed the final corner. A 1:02.7xx is def on the cards.

I just started playing Forza last night, will I have to unlock stuff to join in?

How long before you start a new car and track?

You don't have to unlock anything, you can drive any car and track at any time.

Although, to be really competetive online you'll need to earn enough money in game to buy and upgrade the car you want to use to the top of it's class.

Great effort and yes heart braking when that happens. I will give you credit for persistance.
I havnt even been trying to improve the last couple of days.

Forget me mentioning us being about a tenth apart earlier were talking "hundredths". Its great to partner with someone so well matched.

Question is will you improve by the 6pm deadline tonight?

Sadly no, just about to go to work and won't be back until after the deadline. I'm really enjoying this battle we are are having here although it means my career mode is suffering as I have been hammering the hotlap so much. Looking forward to a new track though, I think I could run Tsukuba in my sleep.

Congrats, are you still using the G25 pedals? I noticed from the telemetry that you manage almost 98% on the brakes at the first corner. The best I can do on the MS pedals is about +80%.

I really don't want to go back to the pad, but I guess I should do in order to do some peak braking comparisons.

Ive actually been mixing my play with the Fanatec standard and G25 pedals.
Im more used to the G25 pedals just from having them so long with GT5P. Need to fit a spare part to my Clubsports but hope to give them a go on the next TT.

Not looked at telemetry but that sounds interesting.

I'm sure Widget or Mr Latte will pull out a last minute super lap, I've done about 40-50 laps total this week, normally I'd do that in one sitting!

Nice to see so many of use close to the top 100 in a D328 car!

Mr Latte, Looking at your ghost, I am very impressed with how much more control you seem to have over myself, not sure if that's the wheel or just your smooth driving style, but big respect, my lap was quite ragged in comparison!
