The Greys...

Yes there are aliens, how could we be the only life in this universe alone. :)

That's a bit of an assumption to make, this World could well contain the only life in the universe because it seems to be unique as far as we've been able to ascertain. At the moment we simply don't know whether there is anything else and we may never know I suppose.

The world was once flat?

Yep, it came from the celestial equivalent of Ikea, that's why it isn't perfectly round now, there were a couple of bolts left over too.

It isn't unique though really, there are thousands, probably millions of planets that are similar distance from the sun and possibly contain liquid water and would be considered habitable. (Assuming life is like ours) They are more than likely there, just so far away we can't see them all yet and have no chance of ever getting to them.

I very much think there is alien life out there, it would be a bit big headed to assume we are the only ones, intelligent life might be rarer but I still think it is there. If you consider life that doesn't need what we on earth need then the odds are even better.

Ya know what, I *DO* believe somewhere in this entire universe there is probably alien life. I'm not sure *IF* they have visited us, I would probably say that if they have the technology to do so, then they find us to primative to interact with.

However, I can't say for one way or another - there is no doubt evidence to support that they possibly have came to earth, but ya know what the issue is? If I said I had a visitor from the planet zog at my house, gave my address and invited people from OCUK round with the lure of cookies, they poked him, prodded him and thought he was weird, after they would say:

"Yeah, thats a cool photoshop of real life!"

Why? Because of conspiracy theories, while you don't realize it, the notion that you accept *EVERYTHING* without a shread of evidence actually damages your abilities to make valid arguments, because people just auto say "lol" without even really listen to, or examing in detail any evidence put forward.

In other words, if you want to believe in aliens on earth, goverment brain washing or whatever great! *BUT* please don't call every random blob on a blured photo decent evidence, it doesn't make your argument look stronger, but it serves to actually discredit evidence which actually may be hard to argue with.

We may be talking at cross-purposes here, my point is not that other life in the universe is not possible, it certainly is possible and could potentially be in another form. My point is that stating as fact that there are aliens (i.e. extra-terrestrials) is not based on a sound assumption.

I'd disagree about the World not being unique, there may be other planets with similar conditions but so far as we are currently aware this is the only one which supports life. I'd call that unique but maybe I'm too easily throwing the word around.

Apes, primitive creatures that do have some intelligence, and can occasionally surprise us with the kinds of things they can learn and do, but they're still primitive.

This is how aliens who could travel across the galaxy would probably look at us.

If you've got proof that other planets are inhabited then please feel free to disabuse me of my ignorance. However I would request that it be from a reputable source, not some random person on the internet who just "knows" that there is other life.

I've seen a UFO first hand and very close up. So i'm 100% sure they're real.

EDIT : and what do you class as a reputable source?

I'd have a reputable source as an organisation that actually works in space exploration (NASA for instance) or perhaps a scientist (an astrophysicist for instance) writing for a sound peer reviewed journal. There are almost certainly others that I'd consider but those would be two examples.

magick, I have said it before and I will say it agian... I genuinely, genuinely believe that you are a paranoid delusional, the type that spends their entire days obsessing about aliens and abductions and spends most of their free time reading internet websites like ufoconspiracy and abovetopsecret and drawing yourself deeper and deeper into your little fantasy land.

There are hundreds of people like you all claiming the exact same thing... fantastical "revelations" about life and the universe without a shred of evidence to back it up... in fact a downright refusal to provide ANY sources or evidence ifprevious history is to go by. I used to be a moderator at UM forums and I saw people such as you on a daily basis. While i'm sure you do your best to maintain your element of "mystery" on the interwebs, I fully believe meeting you in real-life would reveal a bearded manchild that still lives with their mother.

You ahve probably read ever UFO consipiracy book and website going from every UFO expert going, things concerning Majestic 12, The Aviary etc, hence why you can regurgitate much of the info contained within them and pass it off as "casual" knowledge... but seen one up close and personal, and had secrets revealed to you? It's more likely that there's an alien living in the tissue box next to my bed.

Then your beliefs are very, very wrong :)
