That's not really the definition of "dated" though. Uncharted isn't "dated" just because it has a sequel. It still looks great, and it still plays great. Some games just age badly (FEAR comes to mind), others don't.
As for cost I agree, but that's why I said to wait a little while. Certainly worth getting MW2 at current prices, regardless.
well yeah its 26 quid, modern warfare original is more than that i think, so why not just get the new one? i see MW1 as dated because i played WAW a lot and thought it was so much smoother, i did like MW1 and regretted getting rid of it...

Went to Morrisons.. not had a delivery of 360 ones yet.. what a bummer.. PS3 are plentiful!

How many copies did they have? Hoping to pick one up from my local Makro later on
There were around 100 left in the one in Liverpool but your way I'm not so sure. I'd call the store and check before you travel though

On Makro's site, there's a page with real time stock levels for this game.
Just wanna go home and play now though

Went to Morrisons this morning on the way to work.
Car park almost empty...I did actually think is this place open yet (was 0810).
Walked in picked up a copy straight to the empty tills and out. Total time including fueling the car was about 10 minutes!
Now to send back my shopto order when it arrives.
No More pre orders.

I am comtemplating buying it from Rainforest place.. but is it worth the extra 6 notes?
Amazingly quick delivery to me, less than 24 hours from purchase to delivery. But surely if there are all these shops selling it @ lower price, you'd go pick a copy up from there?

I'm tempted to see if I can get it for £25.99 like some people have, then return that copy to Tesco for a refund (using the recipt for the copy I bought last night)...but it's a lot of effort, especially as I don't have a car.
