Harriet Harman Prosecuted

Here.

Most people hate her for being a man-hater who has tried numerous times to pass laws that discriminate against white males in favour of minorities and women. Equality should equal equality, "positive discrimination" is racism.

Blimey, what a cowbag.

A spokeswoman for Ms Harman said: "Ms Harman strongly refutes the allegations and will deny the charges."
"

Multiple witness saw her drive into a parked while on her mobile. She wound down her window and said to the witness "I'm Hariot Harmann, you know where to find me", and then just drove off so I don't know how she can denie the charges.

On 7 April 2007, Harman was issued with a £60 fixed penalty notice and given three penalty points on her licence for driving at 50 mph (80 km/h) in a portion of the A14 in Suffolk that had a temporary 40 mph (64 km/h) limit. Harman paid the fine several months late and avoided appearing at Ipswich magistrates court.[39] A Labour Party source said of her failure to pay the fine: "She made an innocent mistake. She forgot to pay on time because she was spending all her time on the deputy leadership contest touring the country."

orly?

Let me see now; some years ago, I was done for speeding (sp30) for doing just under 50 mph in a 30 zone.
Because of 'young man's idleness' syndrome, I failed to fill out the proper forms to send to court (along with my driving license) and as a result I was fined £90.00 and given 4 points on my license (when I finally sent it to the magistrate). Had I not been slack in sorting things out I would have had a £60.00 fine and 3 points instead.

An 'innocent oversight' I could very well play it as having been. But guess what? Fobbing off my own foolishness at the time with the excuse of 'soz, I was on tour at the time' would not have been an acceptable excuse - not then or now. It was my fault, plain and simple. Failure to comply with the law, despite a forthright apology, did not prevent me from having to deal with the resultant consequences. Nor should it be an exemption for the likes of harman for their position as an mp.

This particular brand of career politician seems to have it that they are somehow not entirely subject to the same laws as those that they would impose on the rest of us.

I hope a prosecution for what was stated in the article from the beeb, is successful.

"Labour deputy leader Harriet Harman faces prosecution for her involvement in a car smash in which she was allegedly using her mobile phone, the Crown Prosecution Service has said.

A court summons will be served on the MP for Camberwell and Peckham after a police probe into the crash in Dulwich, south-east London on the afternoon of July 3.

Ms Harman, who denies the allegations, is accused of driving without due care and attention and driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone, the CPS said.

A spokeswoman for Ms Harman said: "Ms Harman strongly refutes the allegations and will deny the charges."
