That's what happens when u move to 0.0, my isk funds have dramtically dropped since joining PL. They seem to have no concept of isk and just keep going into battle, and suicide ops in expensive stuff. Not to mention I'm not very good and die hopelessly. I think my beat death yet was when I got volleyed by a Moros and insta popped. I was in a crow at the time.

how did you manage to get volleyed by a Moros in a crow :confused: that should be nearly impossible unless you were sitting still for the time it took for it to lock you, or heading right at it in a straight line while mwding. Unless it was the Moros's drones..
 
I was actually stationary at he time. And for some reason it didn't show um lockng me. It might have done tbh but I was afk for a few secs finding food or something. But that's A noob death if ever there was one

how are you finding the PL culture?

Hey guys

I've had an eve account for about 2 years but it wasn't always subbed :(
I've recently just re-subbed and will have a lot of spare time coming up but I'm bored of playing this game all alone!
I did join a FW corp about 6 months ago but didn't have the time to keep playing, even though i really enjoyed it.

I'm interested in joining a corp where I can join in with things, be it PvP, missions, mining OPs, even hauling, whatever! Just fed up of running level 4s solo :P

Anyways if anyone knows of a corp that wouldn't mind a bit of a noob joining in with some fun drop me a mail in game, my name is Zom Bo or PM me here or something :D
 
How much of the Eve universe has everyone explored?

That usually means : "We're about to join a 0.0 alliance that's under serious pressure, get chucked into the front line and royally savaged before limping back to empire in T1 frigates"

Been there, done that, got the wrecks to prove it ;)
 
when I first started playing (2003, may) I made a point of visiting EVERY region I could but ended up getting popped far too often and having to give up.
search for a system called Dead end.

Its OK, definately lots of PVP etc... In general they are a good bunch, but you need to be prepared to get slated when you mess up, and participate in ops.

Its been a lot of fun, sometimes quite demanding, but by the by I like it.

I think the best thing I find about PL is that they have some awesome FC's and ops/roams with them are just amazing.... on the other hand they have crap one also, but you learn to avoid their ops :)
 
Starting out in eve today , making a gallente char for missioning does it matter which once i pick after gallente?

those maps are useless to old players as the data doesnt seem to have a very high retention, on my old char i had been to every region in the game at some point but the map only showed be as visiting around 4 regions
