yeah it makes you not want to go for any other expert achievements as you may not get them..to hell with this game,roll on Bad Company 2 i say
Somehow i doubt the failure is with the game or Valve, its at your end. I remember there being problems with L4D but they fixed it and i've not heard of anyone not getting the 'completion' yet at all during L4D2. At least not without an actual reason like dc, steam failure or whatever else.
Nah i think i'm out of all L4Ding until Monday afternoon. I should concentrate on my 2 courseworks for then ><
yeah well we all got it 2 times and none of us get the completion marked as 1/5... we also did it with no restarts,also on l4d1 im a pro with all achievements achieved except for a few crash course so i know what im doing
Dont matter anyhow,ill just have to do it again when Team is online and ready to play...its just annoying as i value the time i spend on my pc(i dont have all day and night to play on it)

The real question is... why does it bother you so much? Are you going to quit doing Expert after you get the achievement? If so your 'valued time' obviously isn't being spent on something you enjoy. rather than achievement hunting.

yeah once i get the achievements ill probably quit as im already bored of the campaigns(hence why im annoyed also),L4d2 is a stop gap for me till the next battlefield installment as im a hardcore Battlefield player,you can see im hardcore from my stats.....i consider myself as one of the finest players in BF2 especially as an Aviator,i quit BF2 also after achieving almost everything,only difference is Bf2 achievemenst take a lot longer than L4D2,the achievements also WORK when acquired

Bottom line is i get bored with the majority of games quite quickly so i go for the achievement...at the end of the day,my team did the work 2 times and we did not recieve our prize..end of..i dont need to justify myself any further as its not really needed...hopefully ill see you on the Battlefield in march 2010

i think L4d2 is a good game,not as good as l4d1,but Bad Company is also the big one im looking forward too
