T-sport is slow in comparison to some mentioned, my gf's son has a '04 t-sport, something like 8.2 to 62 - although, my gf's son seems to believe that Toyota have underrated it and it's actually a second quicker than Toyota quote, i kep offering him a drag to 60* to put him straight but he won't accept.

Unless it's classed as dangerous driving. I can't imagine crashing as a result of crapping out in a drag race and the judge going 'No worries pal, you weren't speeding so it's not a problem'.

I'm not trying to sound sarcastic but speeding isn't the only way to break the law on the roads.

depends what else you were doing at the same time.

if you were just accelerating on an empty dual carriageway from 0-60 as quickly as possible, then probably not

if you were doing so in amongst other traffic racing somebody else whilst narrowly avoid a crash, then its still illegal yes.

Yes totally different animal once its chipped, to be honest i find the car a little lacklustre in standard trim now
