why are you calling me disgusting and accusing me of stealing a computer?? i opened a dispute for damage and bits missing, seller didnt reply. Not once did i ask or expect to be refunded all the payment.
because you have STOLEN it. you opened a dispute, that means you will likely get refunded. you have stolen the computer.
sorry im guessing youve never used ebay before. You open a dispute to sort out a problem. Infact in the how to resolve section i chose "replacement if availble" for the parts damaged.
So please dont accuse someone you know nothing about, have very little knowledge of the situaltion, with the person involved trying to sort out the issue of stealing.
wonder if any of the above actually have been in this position. I have.
We purchased an item, it arrived and was unusable. Seller wouldn't refund or accept item back.
Paypal ruled in our favour, gave us a refund. We questioned what to do with item, they told us its up to us!
The item wasn't 700 mind (just under 200).

it doesn't matter what you think, you wait till ebay/paypal have an outcome.i didnt expect any help form ebay or the seller.
i didnt expect any help form ebay or the seller. He hadnt replied to any my messages over 30 days asking for help with the broken pc. I felt i had been shafted thats why i sold pc to cut my losses as needed as was intented for a gift on christmas.
Unfortunately for your, your desperation to recover some money for the replacement present meant you were 'cutting your losses' (which should have been +-£0, but is now -£400). When you made that decision, you decided you'd be fine with losing £400 to get back £300 quickly.
So if you are wanting to avoid 'tainted money', then speak to the seller, but expect to be down £400 overall.
i am as we speak, ive offered to split money equaly with him.

it isn't your money to split. You owe him £700 or the PC.
