I'm still easy as to where (within reason) and when :)

Hopefully I'll have a new clutch sorted by then so there's no chance of slippage on the rollers :o

Right, several people have approached me and asked me to sort this out, quite happy to take over running these again. I'll be making a call tomorrow to a couple of places and see what I can come up with. I'll be looking at an April/May booking.

Further details to follow :)

excellent!

put me down as running please, thanks, will probabally get my brother down in his noble, dont think hes had in on the rollers yet

We should just have it at powerstation, so what if it is a few quid more.

Everyone knows where it is, the format works and its fairly central so it get the northern lot turning up. We already have separate local meets it would be a shame to have separate RR meets.

Change is good, it opens up new adventures. I think expoloring a new RR is good idea (all in one, OMG WTF LOL BBQ PIZZA FTMTW ETC)

*Drums fingers, looks at watch*

I'm itching to know how much power I've got, I'll end up organise my own dyno session at this rate, lol

Just because you live 5 miles from ps matty, nobody is falling for the 'good of the forum' rubbish, you just want the convenience. PS is better for me as well, its 15 miles from my girlfriends place but the PS attitude sucks and its not as if London isnt central is it?

Dont dress your own self interest up as anything but that.

I'm not going to pretend that
Driving directions to Guildford, Surrey GU3 2AF, UK
10.9 mi – about 27 mins

Isn't nice and convenient ;) but I'm not really fussed where - I'd value service etc over location overall, and don't mind driving further afield (up to a point)

I would consider going to PS later in the year.

I wouldnt go to a London based RR as its simply too far, ill just go elsewhere with some friends.

However I agree that the PS price is a little steep, it was around £40 I paid when I went with my friends 3 of us, 2 cars running. Three runs each (low/high boost settings) and free drinks/nibbles, so the PS price of £35 when we run 20 cars does seem a bit much.

Erm did someone stick a boot up your ass or something? How about instead of bitching at me and wittering on about "my own self interest" why don't you pull your finger out and organise it? I am sure that this will be a welcome contribution from yourself instead of your usual sniping.

Locality to my address isn't an issue, I have traveled 250+ miles in a day 3 times before to go to a RR and will do so again.

Oh and remind me again how many northern members you speak to on a regular basis to judge their opinions on it?

Please don't sit there telling me why I am forming an opinion on a decision, especially when you are wrongly assuming it is for my own self interests. But hey don't let facts get in the way of your super internets psychic ability.
