The Official Splinter Cell Conviction thread

Jeepers 5hours?! :eek: Seems to have gotten a good review though. Thought they would have taken the score down a lot of the length. Be interesting to see what there is to do after you finish to make you play it again.
 
I have now pre ordered this. The single player length seem to put me off but multi layer appeals to me the most. I'm looking forward to it although I'm useless at the demo so it could last a lot longer than the reported 5 hours :D
 
Hmm, where to order from....would it be the lovely purple shop or Shopto!

Ninja edit: How to people find purple for pre-orders on something which comes out in a few days? Like have I missed the boat to get in on release day?

I ordered it yesterday from the four letter purple store. Just had an email to say its currently being packed. Judging by my previous experiences it will be posted tomorrow and i should have it by Thursday.

I have used them for my last three purchases, one well in advance, with BFBC2 & Splinter Cell Conviction on the Tuesday before release. I will continue to use them for the forseeable future. Im well impressed with the service. Of course you get double points for pre-orders whichs helps and games arrives the day before official release..
 
Got my despatch email to say my copy is on its way to me...been a lonnnnngggggg wait but hopefully will be worth it.
 
Pre ordered this morning from Shopto, got an e-mail hour later telling me it has shipped and should be with me tomorrow =)
 
Great FHM deal, although it will be used a lot and they will substitute it for something else, plus, 28 days waiting? May as well wait for pre owned lol.
