What do you mean?
We should have the majority of the seats called by 5am but it can go on much later.
10am and we should know our next PM for sure - though there is another seat that's not having its vote until a few weeks.

Who knows? They usually weigh them and give us a rough value very quickly. But they can't apparently as they're fuller than usual or something.
