Ahhh it's the wood on the inside of the grill that's given the trim that shape. Couldn't work it out at first!
Haven't posted in here in months!
First off, some pics of my two NC10s with my Granny's N130 she just got. (I was setting it up for her).

Now a few pics from today, because my £33 (£18 without postage!) eBay monitor turned up. I spotted it, it was listed as 15" Widescreen , "but HannsG have never made a 15" Widescreen" I thought, a bit of research didn't bring up any 15" widescreens, so I thought it had been labelled wrong. I bid, won, it turned up and it was a 17".
Many, many screens....
Testing it with my netbook, all is well!
My monitor setup on the big computer.
EDIT: Some pretty major mods to the case on the way, and with it a 5830!

Just setup my desk, and finally realised how big it is! (Literally just moved in so I need to decorate.)
You got width of the desk handy ?
a) where your monkey is ! and
b) the other width thats nearest your window ?
want the same one as well !
Guessing it will be
a) 80cm and
b) 60cm
and........
is this more shiney black than shiney brown ??

Monkey Width = 80cm
Window Width = 120cm
Overall desk length is 160cm
The picture makes it look devievingly small I think. The thing in real life made me laugh once it was put together... but I really like it.
And the colour, it's black ash colour, so it looks like a very dark desk, up close you can see subtle tones of very dark brown and black weaved together.
(Make sure you have a van handy to pick this up... or a very big car)

its an IKEA Galant office desk, not cheap but great i have one also with extension parts.
the extension parts are 60x80 so can fit either side.
Search the ikea website for Galant ad it will show you all the different bits.

Took a couple of pictures today as I had a tidy up. Keep it pretty tidy most of the time but this is the extreme side of it.
I want to redecorate the entire room; replace my current desk with a two metre Ikea surface; move shelving units directly behind the desk where there is currently one; move the drawers to where the brown TV stand is currently and get rid of that; and get a Overclockers watercooled system and either two or three monitor set up. Hope to do all this sometime this year when time and money allows.
