Walk of death, would you do it?

Does anyone esle ever feel the urge to throw themselves off of high things. Eg I was walking over the Forth Road Bridge about a year ago and felt reallt tempted to take a run and leap over the barrier. The same goes for the railing on the 3rd floor hallway at my work. It's not a suicidal feeling at all, just a 'go for it' feeling.

Quite often. It's a weird feeling. Something like i wonder how this would feel. I guess i need to go skydiving to find out.

Yes, but i'd have to use a harness at a couple of points, ironically at the bits that don't have wire next to it... :p

this tbh...

its not exactly technical, its just a path with a few sets of steps and some worn away bits....

Though I just wouldn't be too trusting of the bits that have been worn away so a harness would perhaps be a bit more sensible not due to any risk of messing up anywhere more just parts of the trail potentially collapsing at any point.

For anyone who's done any climbing etc... it really wouldn't be particularly challenging.

I'm the same and I'm not suicidal either! It's very strange and I usually think after as to how mental it would have been if I had acted on that impulse!

you can see hes holding the camera, when you see his shadow just after he goes across the first broken bit.

no way in hell i'd go up there.

It's funny how anyone could walk on the edge of a kerb stone in the street, but most of us wouldn't even attempt to balance on those steel girder's of any height to kill oneself.
