Has Adam Boulton been sent off to lie down in a darkened room with a damp handkerchief on his forehead?

If we had standardised constituency sizes, there wouldn't be a problem. Similarly is the Scottish weren't so anal, there wouldn't be a problem. From what I have seen over the last few days all I can say is
Our election process and our political system is turning into a bigger joke than the American system (and that's something to be said)
I honestly thought that we might be able to bring back some credibility to the country after the disaster we made of our finances over the last couple of years - but no.... we are beginning to look like some backwater in the EU that can't even decide on who or what basterdised hybrid party we want to determine our future of forced austerity.
This happens in every country with PR.I know this is a simplistic statement, but seriously what a farce. Having to make up seat numbers with a coalition just to find out who is going to govern the country is ridiculous.

Isn't it just terrible, parties being forced to compromise and work together to form a government. Simply horrendous.Just remember all of you that are in favour of PR, what's happening right now is exactly what every single PR election will be like. The politicians will decide who leads you based on backroom deals, closed meetings and political horse trading.

He commands a huge amount of respect amongst all political parties - especially within the Labour Party. As I've said, he's an 'old hand' who wants the Party to survive. People like that can change the direction of the Party from the inside, regardless of whether they are MPs or not.
Not to mention that Diane Abbot was pretty much agreeing with him and she is an MP.

Surely the same criticism can be applied to an election full stop[TW]Fox;16530674 said:This is what scares me about a referendum on PR. People will vote for it without having a clue.
