I know someone that did DH on a hardtail. To make it worse it was...a GIRL.![]()
Anyone using the Ribble bike stand? I think I need one. I live in an apartment so can't give my bike a good wash down, I have to use a toothbrush and damp sponge/cloth to clean it and it takes ages. And sitting on the floor kills my back.
I've seen a park tools one at £100 but it's a little too expensive, but the Ribble one looks ok.
Am just seeing if anyone has used one before.
Cool, what dates?Well I aint a girl, But will be ragging my Stiffee down the hills of Morzine in 8 weeks.
I think I'm going to do an Alps trip next year, maybe to race the Mega Avalanche, maybe just to ride. This year is probably going to be trips to Whistler, Oregon and Colorado.
How does everyone here insure their bikes?
I'm looking at specialist companies and they are £300+, and home insurance will only cover for up to £1500 :/
(tu) park opens Friday.
Gonna try and get up there before I leave Whizzles, T minus 22 days![]()

It's more rider capability than bike capability.
Very true, however a great bike helps us mere mortals tremendously![]()
