Mum, because I have class
Black country people say 'mom' because they are special I think.
I say 'mum', my gf who is from South Wales calls her 'mam'.
I know all Americans call it Mom but I've seen peeps in this forum call their Mum "Mom", I'm just thinking is it a northern thing I don't know about.
Anyway, love you mum.
Depends on where I am and who I am speaking to. When in Newcastle generally refer to her as mam (saves my cousins having to tax their brains trying to understand me), when with siblings, then as mother. All other times generally as mum.
maaa tbh. not sure where i started calling her that but its just kinda stuck.
