FWIW You don't need HTC Sync installed to use tethering, ONLY the HTC drivers - which only install if you install HTC Sync but thankfully I'm awesome and have extracted them from the installed sync folder :p

Sync I find is useless as it has many running background processes which is unneeded. And it does nothing extra that I can't do just as quick or quicker on the phone itself.

Drivers for Win7x64

The most hilarious thing is that the upload speed is faster than my 20MB cable line and uploading at max speed doesn't affect latency.

Nazca, I got my tracking number in an email from Mobiles.co.uk about an hour or so ago, so mine will be here Monday :D

Oh, and you other folks in the know, give me the lowdown on a car kit/holder (59 Plate Fiesta) and a nice case please (I know there's a thread but I can't decide) :p
 
Days/Weeks ago one of you fine chaps posted a link to a website with a list etc of all your installed apps, i cant find this... help!?

Oh and anyone got the most recent version of beebplayer apk? Since the dev removed it and i know i seen it mentioned too :)

Thats my layout, might have a go with a new launcher to see if its any good. I tried for a tiny bit but missed the Sense widgets! Will need to find some decent widgets to replace them with.

I've only managed to get on H twice and 3g about twice also but H is even faster than at home tho that is admittedly only 200 KBps lol.. unless I live somewhere different ill never hit even 100 mb data

They all appear to be stock Sense UI widgets, with the possible exception of the centre clock in image 3. Background is the polar clock, from a Nexus (Possibly also on the Desire, I can't remember) :)

Its mostly using standard apps and settings.

An app called App Organizer, sort out all your apps into sections and then you can just add a widget on the home screen.

Yep the background is Polar clock (wish I could manually change the colours), the other clock is just a shortcut to the clock program, it makes it easier for me to change the alarm time.
