Never thought of that, soz, I'll try it later, thanks.
You've never said why you use Linux..

So really, what is the point?
What do you do on your Mac that you can't on Windows?
Why pay more for lesser hardware and having to buy an MS os anyway in the end?
But ask yourself how many people, computer literate or not, who, when they switch on their machine, will immediately start making excuses for how crap it it? It's half of them at least, right?
but too many Mac fanboys rave around the net and IRL claiming superiority and looking to get headbutted.
At this moment in time, there is no reason for Macs to exist. They are purely fashion accessories. So long as people don't try and claim that isn't the truth, I'm fine with it, but too many Mac fanboys rave around the net and IRL claiming superiority and looking to get headbutted.
One 2.66GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon "Nehalem" processor
3GB (three 1GB) memory
640GB hard drive 1
18x double-layer SuperDrive
NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 with 512MB
£1,940.00
I built my Q6600 rig almost two years ago now, for a fraction of that price, and it's faster :/
But yours doesn't have a shiney apple logo on it...And then blame Windows, not the fact that they bought a crappy £300 laptop that's slow out of the box.
All but one of my friends at Uni have a Windows laptop. None of them are computer techy at all, and all get by fine. My friend that I borrowed the Macbook Pro from has got a new one now, and he's almost always booted into Windows 7 to play games. He's a web developer but I still don't see the need for it.
Also, on the Apple store;

edit: Also I whilst I was using my friends older Macbook Pro over Christmas, it promptly died and wont turn back on now. We think it's stuck in sleep so we're going to try and set it up as a firewire drive and boot into it from the other mac. I don't think many Mac users would think to do this, and just take it into the shop tbh
ffs Bill Gates has retired, he knows his software is ****.
But yours doesn't have a shiney apple logo on it...
Simpler to just get an apple and sit it ontop of your casefor that money I'd buy the modified g5 case a guy on here made and put it in that
it didn't turn out that hard to mod the case for a full pc in the end.
Out of the two, my money is on Google
This company will easily be the dominant force in 10 years above both Apple & MS.
