Hurrah i have lights, still working from kitchen untill tommorrow just some redecorating to do, i cant wait till these servers are up and running i'm ready to kick rac butt!!

Good to hear the work is almost complete, must have been a nightmare.
I'm about to endure a similiar situation, have the entire central heating replaced, pipes and all, not looking forward to that one bit :(

Out of curiosity, after the big gpu sale what are you going to run with now the dust has settled so to speak.

Well fingers crossed once the cash comes in for the sales ;) it'll be 6 x 470 and 2 x480, not 100% sure mind if this 100 quota message is a fermi thing just depends on how long things are down for and how much ground i have to make up.
 
I am going to try and get my WC back in this case and get it working properly my CPU keeps getting into the 90's and I don't think it's that good to keep letting it do that, So tomorrow I'll do that while I have not a lot of work to do SETI wise.

And Toxic is going to give that wiring a work out when he turns them all on :D
 
I know the 4 i have my doubts too but i can keep 3 on air around 78 73 and 70 degrees so it should work out if it doesn't i'll consider watercooling...mmmm maybe. Right now i would be happy with what i have now just working lol. :D
 
I know Loudbob's trying a few things out but Reaver and Meridian have been very quite recently, have you heard anything.
 
Loudbob is awaiting a replacement hybrid after it went boobs up but he just bought a 470 the swine :D so the hybrids are going to be binned soon i reckon

as for Meridian he is plodding along quietly as always :D

Meridian and plod are two words that dont naturally find thier way into the same sentence, if you ask me somethings brewing.

And lets not forget in approx. 27 days he will be the new leader of the OcUK SETI Team, a title that in the coming months wont be so easy to hang on to.

I reckon he will fight for that, I certainly would :)

The more pending you have the bigger the safety net, well thats the way I look at it.
I remember a month or so ago Loudbob lived off pending credit for a few weeks, it was like his output hardly dropped, pending is your friend :D
 
lol yup everyone seems to have a project x on the go wether it be secret or not, will be a really interesting few months - providing we get the work of course!
 
As I said a while ago the teams RAC is going to sky rocket, we will send a shockwave through the SETI community :D

I think we have broke through the 600k barrier already :cool:
